The founder of Top Class Actions is Scott Hardy (President and CEO.) Scott received assistance from tech visionaries J.R. Jasperson and Dave Elkins who act as trusted advisers for Top Class Actions. These three internet pioneers have more then 40 years of combined experience in the Tech world and have been on the roller coaster ride of the industry with such legendary companies as America Online and Microsoft.
