The founder of Top Class Actions is Scott Hardy. Scott received assistance from tech visionaries J.R. Jasperson and Dave Elkins who act as trusted advisers for Top Class Actions. These three internet pioneers have more then 40 years of combined experience in the Tech world and have been on the roller coaster ride of the industry with such legendary companies as America Online (AOL) and Microsoft. They bring a wealth of experience in building internet properties and have decided to bring a website to life that’s sorely needed.

Top Class Actions was formed because Scott saw a need to fill the void in the endless search for class action lawsuits on the Net.
