It's been a chaotic few weeks at Top Class Actions HQ! I met a number of great attorneys (both Plaintiff and Defense counsel) and new (to me) Settlement Administrators last week in San Francisco at the CLE Class Actions Conference. It was also wonderful seeing some old friends. We've been busy getting our new dedicated server up. It's amazing how simple things can become so difficult when you switch to new hardware. We're also in the middle of updating the website cosmetically (it will be up by the end of the month) and are still busy working on a large number of enhancements.

One Settlement today, the Google Book Class Action Lawsuit settlement. This is paying authors and publishers for their works scanned in by the Google Book project. If you had a book published, or had a deceased releative who had work(s) published, make your claim! It's starts at $60 and goes up from there.

Newsletter and an additional class action lawsuit settlement will be posted by the end of the week. We also updated our legal notice/privacy policy to comply with Google's new AdSense rules.
