Today we added the AWP/Prescription Drug Co-Pay/Cash Payor Class Action Lawsuit Settlement. This settlement covers those who took certain prescription drugs over the past few years and may have over paid due to an alleged price-fixing scheme. Nothing was ever proved, but, a $350,000,000 settlement is the outcome. This covers many/most of the most commonly prescribed drugs out there so we'd recommend you check it out. If you qualify, make sure to submit your claim. It's a cash claim, though a mystery as to the amount, but it could be in the hundreds of dollars range. Don't miss out!
