Update from the President of TCA

Good evening faithful viewers! Thanks for reading another Top Class Actions and Legafi Newsletter.

It’s already getting HOT here in Phoenix. We’re in the 90s and anticipate it being a warm April. It’s about time to take the cover off the pool and start enjoying the summer afternoons (I might just need to add a bag of ice or three in July to cool it off!)

We have had a very busy March! ABC 15 has covered a number of our settlements so if you’ve been watching, or recording, the 5 PM news you’ve seen me this month. My air time may be brief, but, it’s poignant. ;)

We also added a new section to Legafi. It’s dedicated to Qui Tam/Whistleblower lawsuits. We are partnering with one of the leading law firms in the country to help represent YOU when you find a company defrauding our government. In a successful Qui Tam/Whistleblower case you actually receive a portion of the winnings and those can be BIG! Check out the Whistleblower/Qui Tam section for more information.

Have a safe and happy April! If you’re the fool, may it only be for a day!

Warm Regards,

Scott Hardy

President
