Update from the President
Good morning everyone! I hope you had a safe and happy New Years Day last week! We had a great time with some friends and were home by 9. It’s funny how life changes with kids! I remember my wife and I partying down until the wee hours of the morning back when we lived in Vegas. Now we’re lucky to make it past 10:30!
The last few years we were lucky to stay in bed until 7 AM. Things have changed for the better with the girls now that they’re getting older and more independent. They’re happy to play in their rooms quietly, sometimes together, sometimes by themselves with their iPads keeping them busy and OUT of Mommy and Daddy’s room! This was the first Christmas break where we routinely slept in until 7:30 or later. It was FANTASTIC! We’re lucky to have such great little girls who are growing and maturing so much. Now they can’t wait to head up north to Flagstaff and play in the snow. Things have changed so much with their schedules that it’s no longer as simply packing up the car and going. We have to check their playdate, puppet show, ballet/swim/karate lessons and other calendars to make sure THEY have the time to go. What will happen when they start playing in sports in a few years?!?! It will be interesting!
On the class action side of things there have been a number of case updates. Check them out! Remember, if you “Favorite” a lawsuit and create a login you’ll get notified automagically whenever we post an update!

Has a Class Action suit been filed on Atena in 2014. I filed a while back and never heard anything else about it. I filed a claim in 2009. Why do they take so long to settle and you never hear from anyone. I sent in all my personal information too.
