Update from the President
We’re already two weeks into 2014 and it’s already flying by. We’re seeing traffic pop back up after the lag from the holidays. Visits are already up 35% and Pageviews are up 25%. This is important for us as it is an important factor on how successful our advertising campaigns are for the law firms we work with (who pay our bills and keep us running.) So far, even with a number of snags, I’m happy with the new website design.
Did you know that we now have MULTIPLE law firms reviewing the “Start a Class Action Lawsuit” submissions? Yep. Last year it was just open to ONE firm, now we have ten law firms reviewing your class action submissions and more law firms are joining every week. If a law firm thinks your submission is actionable you’ll hear from us! Keep them coming! Please note, if you have a general question about a lawsuit or settlement you can email us at questions@topclassactions.com. Shawn, will get back to you within a day or two. Remember, we’re not a law firm or settlement administrator so we can’t provide you legal advice. Submit your requests for legal help through our Start a Class Action Lawsuit page.

That’s all for now! For those wondering the girls are doing GREAT! We just took the training wheels of Sydney’s bicycle. She’s not quite comfortable yet, but, she’s getting there! It’s amazing how big they get so fast!
Make it a GREAT week! We are! We’ve got a bunch of settlements to put up. I can’t wait to hear how you like them next week!
Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy
