Details: Anyone who purchased Biovail stock from 2/7/2003 - 3/2/2004 can participate. No set reward so you won't know how much you'll be paid until AFTER the settlement closes. It appears that the payment will be made via their insurance, but it's not set yet. You can check the Notice (page 12) for more information. You'll need to send in a brokerage statement or other proof that you PURCHASED the stock during the specific time frame listed below. If you owned the stock during the time frame, you don't qualify. Only those who purchased stock during the time frame listed qualify to participate in the settlement.

TCA Staff Tidbit: This is pretty cut and dry. If you bought Biovail stock during the window, participate and get SOMETHING. It may only be a few bucks a share, but it could add up to be a few thousand depending on the number of claimants.
