MISSED DEX COOL CLAIM DEADLINE E-mail

I have been having problems with the dex-cool in my 2000 Alero for a couple years. When I finally took it to a mechanic, probably early summer 2008, they replaced the water-pump. I am still adding dex-cool weekly. Not having the money to replace the lower intake manifold gasket. I did not find out about the law suit until this week, Jan. 2009. How is it fair to have a dead line when some people knew nothing about the law suit? I am the original owner & was never notified. I need this fixed & think GM should take care or everyone, not just "some" of the people who made the dead line. Not everyone has funds for car repairs or computers to find out about lawsuits. I too think its crap I had no idea there was a class action suit and now I'm getting ready to replace the manifold gasket for the second time!!!! Screw GM!!!
