This is pretty ridiculous.  "Please join the top class actions newsletter so you don't miss out next time"!?  Really...well how in the world are we supposed to know about this newsletter until something screws up on our car?  It's absolutely unfair that there was no notification process and these people expect us to just deal with it.  These people need to learn how to market what they do and also how to notify consumers of what's going on.
