Details: The BP Propane Class Action Lawsuit Settlement could pay out significantly to qualified claimants. The class action lawsuit will pay out the ENTIRE settlement amount. No money will go back to the defense. What's that mean? It means that if you are part of the affected class and submit your claim in the BP Propane class action lawsuit settlement you'll receive your individual claim and a portion of anything left over in the account after the class action lawsuit settlement pays out. When filling out the claim form keep in mind that most 20 lb propane tanks (those typically used with gas grills) can hold approximately 4.1 gallons of propane and that the propane must have been purchased or delivered in one of the states above and that it must have been purchased in April, 2003 or from February 1, 2004 through March 31, 2004. When submitting your claim online it's a relatively easy process. Just follow the instructions and you'll be all set.

An interesting item in this class action settlement is that ALL of the money will be going to claimants (other than attorney fees/expenses, settlement administrator and notification expenses.)
