Most participants received the form in the mail, but if you didn't or threw it out MAKE SURE TO SIGN UP ONLINE! At a minimum you should receive a refund of AT LEAST $25. I registered, shouldn't YOU?

I recently changed addresses.  How do I change the address you all have on record, so I can receive the claim check?

Carmen,

Thanks for leaving your comment and question here at TopClassActions.com. Unfortunately, the payout process for class action lawsuits is a long and tedious road. If any challenges to the lawsuit are made then the payout is delayed even further. This lawsuit is quite large and therefore it will take even longer to process and pay out the claims. The latest we heard is that the claims are being processed and checked for validity, but not being paid out yet. They will likely be paid out sometime in the first half of this year. Keep an eye on your mailbox for updates.

Thanks!

How long does it take from the date of settlement to the date of actually

paying out?  When should class members expect the $25 check for the credit

  card settlement?

Also, ALLSTATE auto insurance was involved in a action involving minorities.

That was settled awhile ago.  When are they actually required to make payments?

Thanks so much for the website. It is interesting and beneficial.

  1. Is there a list of participants to follow up with? I would like to know if I am on that list since it has been so long ago.
  2. Has there been a settlement? I haven't heard anything and would like to know where things stand. Thank you.
  3. Barb,
The Judge hasn't approved the settlement for distribution yet. They're currently verifying claims. Once final approval is given claims will be paid out.
You can always click on the Settlement Administrator link above to check on the latest status.

    Thanks,
    TCA Staff
