Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for the latest Kidney Dialysis NaturaLyte/GranuFlo Class Action Lawsuit News! Another NaturaLyte/GranuFlo Lawsuit Joins the Masses By Andrea Gressman
A number of GranuFlo and NaturaLyte lawsuits have been filed since the FDA issued a Class 1 recall earlier this year. It has been reported that a new GranuFlo and NaturaLyte lawsuit has joined the masses. This GranuFlo and NaturaLyte lawsuit was filed by Waddell Bishop in Georgia and names Fresenius Medical Care as the defendant.
Mr. Bishop claimed in his GranuFlo lawsuit that his mother passed away after undergoing dialysis that used GranuFlo or NaturaLyte acid concentrates. It is claimed in Mr. Bishop’s GranuFlo/ NaturaLyte lawsuit that his mother died because of complications involved in her dialysis. Mr. Bishop has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Fresenius Medical Care because, according to the lawsuit, the drug manufacturer did not properly warn patients regarding the side effect risk of cardiac arrest that had been so prevalently linked to GranuFlo and NaturaLyte.

Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for the latest Zoloft Birth Defect Class Action Lawsuit News! New Case: SSRI Birth Defects Caused Infant's Death By John Curran
There are few warnings about selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRI) birth defects, and it cost one family dearly. A recently filed cases alleges that a woman's Paxil side effects led directly to the death of her daughter. A variety of holes in the heart kept the infant from making it more than two weeks. One issue for patients like this woman is the disparity in labeling among the various antidepressants. For example, the woman took both Zoloft and Paxil. However, while there was a warning of some sort for Paxil side effects, she had no idea about the other drug because there are no Zoloft birth defects warnings. It is likely that the combination of the drugs caused the extensive damage to her daughter in the womb.

Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for the latest Yasmin, Yaz Class Action Lawsuit News! Nearly $300M Goes To Yaz Lawsuit Settlements
By John Curran
Bayer has been pledging money left and right, it seems, to make Yaz blood clot lawsuit lawyers go away. While the total could be more than $2 billion, the company has added $262 million to its settlement fund for settling Yasmin side effects cases.
That brings the total to about $900 million that the German pharmaceutical firm has socked away towards claims from Yaz blood clot lawsuit lawyers. It could end up being the largest settlement and jury award payout by a single pharmaceutical company when all is said and done. Even the tobacco companies had the advantage of each having to contribute a share. However, Yasmin side effects and those of related oral contraceptives are only made by Bayer.

Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for the latest Vaginal Mesh Class Action Lawsuit News! California Could File Vaginal Mesh Implant Failures Charges
By John Curran
The California Attorney General's office could file civil charges against Boston Scientific over the company's vaginal mesh implant failures. It launched an investigation last month, which the company only recently announced to its investors.
It would have a lot of data to work with in its investigation. Boston Scientific faces thousands of claims from transvaginal mesh implant failure lawsuit attorneys. Of course, the company is not the only one facing problems. Every single manufacturer has dealt with bladder sling implant failures. There are a number of design flaws according to plaintiffs' claims, most notably the use of polypropylene. The material can lead to organ rejection, increasing the likelihood of vaginal mesh implant failures.
However, there is a very real risk that the other manufacturers could face the same civil complaints. Considering that California's AG office has numerous investigators, Boston Scientific could be forced to release documents that transvaginal mesh implant failure lawsuit attorneys may not have found. It gets worse. The SEC filing notes that "several other state attorneys generals offices" are investigating as well. All of this could lead to more evidence for bladder sling implant failures, improving the odds of success for plaintiffs.

Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for the latest Stevens Johnson Syndrome (SJS) Class Action Lawsuit News! David Axelrod's Mustache Could Cut Dilantin Side Effect Risk By John Curran
There are many side effects of the anti-epileptic dilantin, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) among them. However, the mustache of a top political operative could help epilepsy research move forward and towards new and better treatments without the same dilantin side effects. Unfortunately, it could take $1 million to do it.
That's the price that Obama campaign strategist David Axelrod has put on the facial hair he has had for decades. The requirements for shaving it are this: Axelrod will get rid of it if he can raise $1 million for Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy. While his oldest kid has the disease, as yet there have been no reports of the Axelrod family having to deal with Dilantin SJS side effects. However, the money could go far in helping those that have.
November is also known as "Movember" for those that want to raise money for medical causes. Men grow mustaches and find people to pledge money for them to shave it off. Of course, Axelrod has a bit of a head start. And it would be good news for dilantin side effects sufferers if people got him to $1 million. The drug can lead to anemia and cause a number of neurological disorders if it isn't well-regulated. Like Lamictal, Dilantin SJS side effects are also a real risk for those who have just started taking the medication.
