Lamp Replacement E-mail

I just replaced another bulb on 11/1/2008 and yesterday the bulb went out again.  This is the fourth bulb that has been replaced in my toshiba television.  This is absolutly not right.   I want to know what I can do to get a refund or replacement of my television?  Please let me know.  I can be reached either by email or phone at 269-965-8659.
