I made 2 separate claims totaling over $1100 expecting to get back $400 for each and got back a measley $100 for one and haven't gotten anything back on the other yet. I expect it to be $50. I called in to see if they could explain why and their reply was that cars in the 5th year got a straight $100 regardless of what the repairs actually were. The kicker was that the model of my car was a 2001 and the first repairs were done in early 2005, which I would have though would have been in the 4th year, but they go by the manufactured date,,,not the model of the car. I feel like I've been had while some lawyers have made a lot of money. I just got rid of the car after finding out that it needed another $1000 in repairs because of the head gasket,,,another Dexcool issue.
