No check for me, past the timeframe. 2002 Buick Century - 50K, intake gaskets - never had lights come on - no signs of overheating but the car wouldn't start intermittently. Have had service maintainence regularly, found the probably after taking in for an oil change. I have my car checked out regulary by guys at work that are tops. They didn't see any leaks, but advised me to check the intake and low and behold - eventually replaced engine as head blew - what a fiasco. Settlement was lame as #(&@. We should ban together and call all of our state officials and get to the bottom of this once and for all. Keep me in the loop please and Good Luck. I warn everyone I know, I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what I have and it has literally put me back. Lost my job right before Christmas. |
