where is a claim form for category 3?
where can i get a claim form
I just called the phone# for the class action – 18666849673 and listened to a 3-1/2 minute recording. Press #1 for indirect class action member. From what I can gather, all indirect settlements will be donated to charity. That’s why there’s not a claim form online (there is 1 for direct & injunction members).
it won’t open so I can file my claim.
There is no claim form to fill out
It seems that “indirect purchasers” are out of luck in terms of getting $$$. See: http://vitamincantitrust.com/Indirect/
I was not able to find a claims form anywhere on the linked site. The site doesn’t seem to have been updated since June.
