Details: If you suffered symptoms or injuries as a result of formaldehyde exposure in a Travel Trailer or Park Model Trailer provided by the U.S. government that was manufactured, installed, maintained or refurbished by one of the following Manufacturers and/or Contractors listed below following Hurricanes Katrina and/or Rita, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment from the FEMA trailer class action lawsuit settlement.

    We lived in a FEMA trailer. And I had a law suit for 3 young kids they got a check for 21.00 dollars a piece. That’s not right.

    I received a second letter on 9/27/2013….the letter was dated 9/12. It said that the special master has reviewed my objection and determined that my allocation should still be 0. Now it gives me the option to ask the court to review the decision if I contact them by 9/26. Well since I didn’t receive the letter until the 27th that’s not going to help me much is it.

    I got a letter to but they said we will be give a check in july 2013-sept 2013 have not got a check.

    Got letter today…..it said after the administrator used there formula I will be receiving zero dollars. If I wanted to appeal the decision I’d have to show in person.
