I received a second letter on 9/27/2013….the letter was dated 9/12. It said that the special master has reviewed my objection and determined that my allocation should still be 0. Now it gives me the option to ask the court to review the decision if I contact them by 9/26. Well since I didn’t receive the letter until the 27th that’s not going to help me much is it.
