Fuze BottleTCA Staff Tidbit: Fuze Logo SmallThis is an easy class action lawsuit settlement, but, there’s an important consideration. Not surprising Fuze Beverage has made it easy to make a claim in this lawsuit. Essentially they were sued because people bought Fuze Slenderizer beverage with the expectation that it would help them lose weight. As it turns out that may not be the case (it may be about as helpful as a bottle of water yet a whole lot more YUMMY!) So, you can claim that you purchased up to 10 bottles of Fuze Slenderizer beverage without any proof of purchase and wait patiently for your $5 check.

So what’s the important consideration? Any unclaimed amount in the settlement fun after this class action lawsuit settlement is paid out is going to charity. 50% to the American Diabetes Association and 50% to the Susan G. Komen race for a cure. So, with that in mind, if you don’t need the $5 (or whatever amount you claim) you might want to sit this one out. The money is going to a worthy cause and both organizations will put the money to good use. If you have receipts for your Fuze Slenderizer purchases you might want to think long and hard about it since your claim could increase a bit, but, either way both charities will appreciate the help. With that in mind,  Make your claim now if needed.

Hi my name is Shannyn Naomie Schriber. I was on a diet including high resistance cardio and pilates. On 8/19/04 I purchased 3 of these drinks; strawberry melon, tangerine grapefruit, and tropical punch from kroger. on 09/02/04 I purchased 4 other drinks; strawberry melon, tangerine grapefruit, Blueberry Raspberry and 2 Cranberry Raspberrys from VG’s on 10/01/04. These did not do one thing for me and I was even on a diet! 3 more were finally purchased on 06/26/05–my birthday!!! I feel the label is misleading and offers no benefits.
