TCA Staff Tidbit: Cold MD BoxThe homeopathic cold remedy class action lawsuits continue with the Cold MD settlement. This is great on a number of levels, first and foremost, it’s an EASY online claim. It’s also great that the company has opted to send you some additional bottles, along with your cash, if you so desire. They’re trying to get you hooked while they hook you up with cash. That’s not so bad, is it?

Cold MD BoxAs you probably already know, typically these supplements aren’t BAD for you, but, they’re not necessarily good for you either. When you take 1500%+ of your daily Vitamin C in one shot, do you know what happens? Well, you’re scurvy free of course, but almost all of those vitamins leave your body after a few regular trips to the bathroom. Unprocessed and not beneficial to your body. Does that mean that I don’t take Airborne, Walborn, Cold MD or a similar remedy when I travel? No, I still do. Maybe it’s all mental (or just my daily multi-vitamin) but I tend to stay healthy. Even with a hectic travel schedule and frequent flights. I KNOW that these homeopathic/nutritional supplements are doing anything but I STILL take them. Why not? They might help in the end, and, the important thing is I FEEL that I’m doing something to help my body stay healthy. Do you take them?

If you bought Cold MD, submit your claim in this class action lawsuit now. Don’t let the cash slide by. Typically 85% or more of eligible claimants never submit their claim. Don’t miss out. Make sure to check out the Wal-born class action lawsuit settlement as well. It’s another cash settlement for Walgreens generic version of Airborne.

:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:-(I took ColdMD from 2004 til 2009 until I couldn’t find it any more and I beleive it does make a difference. As long as I took it I never got a cold or the flu and now I am dreading this winter, because I can’t get it anymore. I don’t care what they put on the box, it worked for me and of course now I won’t be able to get it! I work in a nursing home and when people were getting sick all around me, I wasn’t.
