Yet ANOTHER settlement posted on Top Class Actions is paying out! I personally just received my check for $41.94 in the Wilson v. Airborne, Inc. class action lawsuit settlement. A little known fact is that this is the class action lawsuit settlement which actually inspired me to start this site! It’s great that they’re paying out! For the record, I claimed six boxes of regular Airborne health supplements since I never purchased the seasonal or other Airborne brands.
See? This is exactly what I’m talking about. If you continue to make claims every month, on class action lawsuit settlements listed here you’ll receive a check every month or two. Sometimes it’s only a few bucks, but, it all adds up and it’s FREE MONEY! Make sure you’re submitting your claims in the Open Settlements section now. That way YOU’LL be paid. This settlement paid out $41.94, the McGee v. Ross Stores settlement paid HUNDREDS and the DEXCOOL settlement paid HUNDREDS. What can YOU claim?
Updated December 17th, 2008
We’ve received word that some claims are being CHALLENGED! For this lawsuit you could claim up to $63 in purchases without any proof of purchase. The thing is, if you claimed that you bought the most expensive supplement (Airborne Seasonal) and selected the incorrect date for your purchases then they think you’re lying. If you were honestly mistaken, make sure to update your selection and return your form.
For the record, Airborne Seasonal wasn’t released until 6/12/07. If you listed in your claim that you bought your packages BEFORE 6/12/07 expect to receive a letter. Also, only purchases of Airborne products purchased 5/1/01 – 11/29/07 are covered. I hope this helps clear up any confusion out there so you feel good about making your claim. Don’t let it slip by! Update your claim form that you receive and SEND IT BACK IN!
We’re sorry! This settlement is CLOSED!

Class Action Lawsuit Settlement Amount(s): $23,500,000 + $6,500,00 (Federal Trade Commission Settlement) – 25% of the original settlement to the lawyers ($5,875,000) = $24,125,000 going to consumers
TCA Staff Tidbit: This is another GREAT settlement for every consumer. As a frequent business traveler I use this before and after every trip, even AFTER this settlement. I know MANY folks who drop the tablet into a glass of water and watch the fizz before consuming once a day while traveling. I only submitted a claim for six packages of the base Airborne Health formula since I didn’t save the receipts (and I never bought the seasonal.) Make sure to follow the directions and make your claim. Don’t miss out on getting your money back. Any money that goes unclaimed will go to charity so please don’t file false claims.
