what about suit against Wells Fargo & Md. States Attorney
Gneral Office where they left m
onies up to Wells Fargo to do what they wanted to against homes they have and is in the process of foreclosing on for not providing a loan modification and telling people and myself that according to their guidelines you do not qualify for the settlement. Also its money in they FHA-HUD as well as Wells Fargo to take your home resell it and you still have to pay a balance off, as well as attorneys. How can they lawyers, federal government, lenders, bankers everyone continue to allow this, then put out articles such as this that they are helping people by suit against Wells Fargo. It doesn’t do me the homeowner any good. Wells Fargo even told me no one can stop this and make them give me a loan modification!!

What a ridiculous waste of time. I just spoke with a Plaintiff Attorney. Current Wells Fargo customers receive NOTHING. In the next TEN months our accounts get “reinstated” big deal. They have already been reduced to the point where they are not usable, and Wells Fargo refuses to reinstate them. You have file appeal after appeal. So the only people who made out in this settlement, are the attorneys themselves and those who left Wells Fargo. To heck with current customers.
