Krossland Calling Card Class Action Settlement
By Sarah Pierce
Krossland Communications has reached a class action lawsuit settlement with consumers who bought pre-paid calling cards distributed by the company between 2004 and 2012. Class Members who file a valid claim can receive a Refund PIN worth up to $16 from the Krossland class action settlement.
The Krossland settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit, entitled Carol Galvan, et al. v. Krossland Communications, Inc., that alleges Krossland distributed or sold pre-paid calling cards without fully disclosing the applicable rates, fees and charges as required by law.
Krossland denies any wrongdoing, but has agreed to a class action lawsuit settlement to avoid ongoing litigation.
Class Members of the Krossland calling card settlement include anyone who purchased a pre-paid calling card distributed by Krossland in the United States between August 26, 2004 and May 21, 2012.
