AT&T Rebate Offer Class Action Lawsuit
By Kimberly Mirando
Lead Plaintiff TdD Attorneys at Law claims in the class action lawsuit that it qualified for a $79.99 rebate when it signed a service contract with AT&T in 2009. TdD says it submitted the required information, but still hasn’t received a rebate.
“AT&T represented to TdD that entering into the agreement for telecommunications serves would entitle it to a rebate in the amount of $79.99. The representation made by AT&T was false at the time it was made,” the class action lawsuit states. Had AT&T not made the false representation, TdD “would not have entered into the specific agreement for services.”
The class action lawsuit is brought on behalf of all other persons and entities that are or have been AT&T customers who qualified for rebate offers from AT&T, attempted to redeem the rebate, and did not receive it.
It is seeking the respective unpaid rebates for Class Members, as well as punitive damages, attorneys’ fees and court costs for alleged breach of contract, fraud in the inducement, and unjust enrichment.

I mail three phones back to at&t for rebate and claim they find them in the warehouse. They provide the label to return phones so where are they? In the warehouse
I am currently experiencing issues of an unpaid rebate on 2 products from ATT. Is there still an active class action lawsuit for this?
I am glad I checked out this web-site. I have about five pair of Sketcher shoes. They started out to be comfortable and then my feet were killing me . Have not looked at the complaint, but it is nice to know I was not the only one.
