Class Members had until Nov. 27, 2013 to file a claim to receive a cash payment of $3.50 for each product purchased (up to 10 products or $35) or two $3.75 Alexia product food vouchers for every one Alexia potato product purchased (up to 10 products for a total of $75 in vouchers).

A federal judge approved the Alexia potato class action settlement on Dec. 11, 2013.
