UPDATE 6/11/13: Judge grants final approval to the Domino’s Pizza Robo-Call Class Action Lawsuit Settlement.

Domino’s Pizza and an independent franchisee, RPM Pizza LLC, have reached a $9.75 million class action lawsuit settlement over sending pre-recorded phone advertisements or “robo-calls” to consumers’ cell phones without consent. If you received a Domino’s Pizza robo-call between 2006 and 2010, you may be eligible to claim up to $15 cash or a free pizza from the Domino’s Pizza robo-call class action settlement.

The Domino’s Pizza settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit, titled Spillman v. Domino’s Pizza LLC and RPM Pizza LLC, that alleges the defendants violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending unsolicited pre-recorded phone message advertisements.

Domino’s and RPM Pizza deny wrongdoing, but have agreed to a $9.75 million class action lawsuit settlement to resolve the litigation.

Class Members of the Domino’s Pizza robo-call class action settlement include anyone who received a robo-call on their cell phone by or on behalf of RPM advertising Domino’s pizza or other food products offered for sale at RPM’s stores to consumers in Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi.

If you can’t remember if you received a call, you can go to www.PizzaSettlement.com and enter the phone number you had from May 20, 2006 to May 20, 2010 in the section “Check to See if You Got a Robo-Call.”

  • Class Members that received a robo-call between May 20, 2006 and May 19, 2009 can file a claim to receive a voucher for one large one-topping pizza for in-store pickup.
  • Class Members that received a robo-call between May 20, 2009 and May 20, 2010 can file a claim to receive a cash payment of up to $15.

The only way to receive benefits from the Domino’s Pizza class action lawsuit settlement is to submit a claim form by the deadline of May 4, 2013.
