iPhone class action lawsuitThis is interesting. A website called worstphoneever.com is attempting to generate a “billion-dollar” class action lawsuit against Apple and AT&T by crowdsourcing iPhone owners who are frustrated by dropped calls. iPhone owners can use the website’s tool to upload their phone’s log files of dropped calls and calculate how many times a  month their phone crashed and dropped calls.

Once worstphoneever.com receives enough data, they plan to “file a class action lawsuit on behalf of all our users, run Apple and AT&T through the ringer” and give its users a “slice” of the class action settlement. So far the website has logged 40,418 dropped calls.
