I opened my bank of america account in 2006 and I have had several over draft fees applied to my account over three years.  I recently used my card to purchase items on the internet for Christmas, which I never recieved.  I notified bank of america they said they would file and make a claims report, they neglected to tell me they were going to charge me a fee to do so.  Now I'm out the twenty dollars for the item I never recieved and the thirteen dollars bank of america charged me to make a claims report.  I'd love to see if you can help me
