My daughter and I entered into a plan with sprint opver the phone in november of 07 I payed for the phones didnt get the refund of course. Anyway as time went on her phone didnt even last a year so because we didnt have any insurance on the phones I had to by another one for her 225.00 and this time insurance was put on the phone. later I added another line for 9.99 a month for 3 family members 375.00 spending limit. Up from 250.00 spending limit. charges for prorating surcharges things that were not even used on the phone that were included in our plan were on the bill over and again. my daughters phone broke again they repalaced with another phone. phone broke again they said the bill for the month of january way 646.00 pasty due 375.00 oh yeah they charge a month in advance then the service was interuppted on my phone long before the other phones were shut off so we went to sprint to get yet another phone because my daughters phone broke again. they ordered her a phone but by the time it came in they shut off her service anduntil we pay the full bill amount they wont give me the phone back. Its my property isnt it how can they do this is this even right or just? Itold them I wnted to cancel service they said I cant. It has to go to collections then I can try to cancel service. What should I do this company is a rip off. hlp if you can. Thanks
