My account has been drafted numerous overdraft fees since I have opened the account.  There have been occasions when I have checked my online banking and the balance shows a running posotive balance but I was charged overdraft fees.  When I call the representives are unable to determine what actually caused the fees on the account but are unwilling to reverse them.  I have yet to get a satisfactory explanation to this problem.
