Bank of America Overdraft fees PDF Print E-mail

I hate B of A!!! They told me that it takes two days to post an out of state CASH deposit, not to mention it was referenced only in fine print after you sign up for the account.  Then they told me I had 5 days to pay the overdraft fees before they tack on even more fees!!! Most banks allow a grace period of 30 days or less but not 5? So basically i got hammered in overdraft fees for withdrawing cash out of my account, which took 2 days to post.  When I call they waived $175 in overdraft fees, that makes me wonder if they even had credibility for posting all those charges and fees on my account to begin with.  I hate B of A, so far I have paid about $800 in overdraft fees for cash deposited into my account.  Where do I sign up? it says the case is closed???

Bank of America does not pay items as presented. They "pick and choose" the payment of item in order to incur the largest amount of overdraft fees. They turn a deaf ear when you protest this practice. Bank of America shouldn't be entitled to any stimulus money. They already have their own bailout...it called overdraft fees! "We the People" need to take back our power and stop being victims. Inundate the White House with letters and emails demanding that the president do something about B of A. What they do to the American people is true terrorism!
