Settlement Administrator: Analytics, Inc.

TCA Staff Tidbit: This should be an extremely simple settlement but it isn't. First, you're supposed to go to the lead counsel's website to view the claim form. Why isn't it hosted by the Settlement Administrator? Good question, but with a tight budget, we can understand. OK, so head there and what do you see? A link to the claim form on the front page? No. How about a link on the front page talking about the case? That would be logical. Nope. OK, so looking over the page you see Verdicts and Settlements. THAT must be it. No, please try again. Click on Class Action Notices. Now you'll see four different articles and still no stand alone claim form. Wow. This is FANTASTIC! ;) Where is it you ask? Only in the two full notices. It's page 5 in the PDF version and almost at the bottom of the page in the HTML version. We typically don't put claim forms on Top Class Actions but I felt we really had to here otherwise many won't be able to submit a claim and get the Calamari they're due. So, print out that claim form and send it in! An appetizer for the price of an envelope and postage stamp. That's a heck of a return!
