received mine in November for $52.00 in north Carolina thanks guys.. one happy camper .lol
Whoever did not get 52 dollars including myself as no proof needed for 13 cups in so many years MEANS this administrator has tagged your name address phone number etc and your family names too so anything you file with Garden city Group will not get answer and your claim will be thrown out. They have thrown out my 7 different settlement claims dont answer ,if they answer will ask to send receipt ,if send receipt will not reply if reply then will say it is not valid SO REMEMBER there are thousand they are doing this. This not only discrimination but human rights violations this administrator is doing ITS TRUTH.
NEVER RECEIVED MY PAYMENT BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE 866 NUMBER OF COURSE NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE WHERE IS MY 52 DOLLARS ????
Neither did I c.r ! I finally got through after a 15 minute hold & they pontificated my claim was never secured although I did file online. When I filed I did not obtain a confirmation # as I would have copied & pasted & sent to my email as a reminder. All I have in that email I filed is the date & amount expected. Apparently it is just another case of misjustice.
any updates yet on refund
Bought 1000 yogurt cups of these brand and Garden city Group tagged me so they dont pay anything not even 52 dollars like others. I hop garden city group turns into dump capital group by court someday and go behind bars.

You are not the only one. Since I inform all my relatives of actions as well when they come over, and file from my computer, I am being told that I file multipal claims, which of course, is not correct.
