HOW DO I KNOW THAT I HAVE FILED VALID CLAIM. Garden city group has never paid any claim or any members of my family filed in last two years even tho we live in different states. they never answer yes or no, valid or not valid is our claim. we never hear from garden city group from Dublin Ohio, Seattle wash. Major pyramid scam there. They have never even answerd claims on products we use , have , no proof of purchase required claims so basically they are doing is wrong. Claims were for ATT , Yopla yogurt, Coppertone cream, clearwire internet, ACT mouthwash, New balance sneakers, Paxil medications we took,so we dont understand even why ? no answer on our claims. HOW CAN WE KNOW that our claim was even valid ?
Total award 20 million dollars, attorneys got 6 million dollars fees and 1.8 million for their paperwork expenses, 2 lead class representative got 15,000 dollars each and Garden City Group took supposably 180,000 dollars handling claims fees so lets say 14 million left. now third party people I suppose pharmacist and other middlemen got 56 percent of that means app 8 million dollars leaves 6 million net to consumers. Even if 20,000 claims filled each should get a lot more than 25 dollars. Garden City Group deserves to be with Bernie M. How low can you go GCG.
