We're currently searching for people who have received unsolicited Text Messages / Mobile SPAM / SMS SPAM on their cellular or mobile phones. This covers customers on ALL cellular / mobile carriers including Verizon, Alltel, T-Mobile, Sprint Nextel, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, AT&T or other local/regional cellular providers.You can report it here.

Please fill out the form below and we'll contact you if you're eligible to participate in the suit! Everything submitted is confidential and will only be shared with the Plaintiff attorneys working the case.

Please submit your report of unsolicited text messages, don't let the SPAMMERs continue to profit off of your cell phone bill. They'll keep sending them to your mobile phone unless we receive the reports and start charging THEM for hassling you and your wallet.
