Rawlings Sporting Goods Company Inc. has reached a class action settlement over allegations the company made false and misleading statements in connection with the advertising and marketing of some of its products. If you purchased a Rawlings Power Balance product between March 1, 2010, and Oct. 11, 2013, you may be eligible to receive monetary compensation.

Rawlings has denied all allegations, but has agreed to a class action settlement that was preliminarily approved on Oct. 11, 2013.

Got a check today for $18.50.
I received a check today for $10.00 in Louisiana!
I received the same exact letter, so I calling this one a No winner as in No Check!
I received a letter today stating that I need to return the bracelet. I brought the bracelet for my grandson. He no longer has it and I, of course, don’t have the receipt for proof of purchase. I purchased this awhile ago. I really don’t look for anything from this settlement.
