Update from the President of TCAHello wonderful Top Class Actions and Legafi viewers! Thanks for subscribing to our newsletter! Here at the corporate office 2011 has had an explosive start. We’re in the process of scheduling dozens of class actions that will be listed in the coming months. Typically we’re brought into the picture 3 – 6 months before a settlement agreement is finalized. We work with the settlement administrator to help determine the most effective online notification plan and then work with counsel to get it approved. Once that happens we move on it, get it posted, and manage the ad campaigns on Google, Facebook and other media and social media websites. Keep in mind we do NOT administer any claims. We just write about the settlements. We do not determine who gets paid and who doesn’t. I’m working extremely hard to make sure that all of you are informed of the biggest and best class action lawsuits of 2011. There are a lot of them (check out the jump in labor lawsuits in 2010) and we’ll be listing them on Top Class Actions. We’re also working on expanding our coverage of class actions in other countries. Within the next few months you’ll be able to sign up for class action lawsuit updates around the world!
