Submit your complaint to the Top Class Actions Attorney Network. Our attorneys are constantly looking for new clients. Submitting your case is FREE! If one of the attorneys take the case they'll contact you directly. Try it!

CEO and Case Updates

As you may have noticed, the Bank of America settlement has received a lot of attention. The settlement was the basis for articles in the Consumerist and MSN Money's SmartMoney blogs. The Complex Litigator blog covered the Sprint ETF Settlement. You can check these out in the TCA in the News section on Top Class Actions. There you'll find links to any articles that include content from Top Class Actions.

I hope you claimed your free item in the Cosmetics Settlement! From the reports we received the stores ran out quickly and the selection was QUITE limited. You can check out the comments. To those who claimed their free makeup, keep in mind everything was marked not for resale so unsavory individuals wouldn't just take the package to the return counter and attempt to get store credit or a refund. Free is still better then nothing, right?

One last reminder! 99% of those Free Government Grant and Acai Berry / Colon Cleanser sites which just charge for shipping are SCAMS! At best you'll receive a crappy product and at worst mystery charges on your credit cards that WON'T END! Never give out your credit card for a "free" item. Those that only charge for shipping are SCAMS!

Warm Regards,

Scott Hardy
