Update from the President of TCA

It’s summertime here in Phoenix and HOT! I’m very lucky and blessed to have a home with a pool and my family spends most afternoons and weekends in it from June – September. How do you survive with kids without a pool in Arizona?

It’s the end of June and we’re already half way done with 2010. What an amazing year it has been so far. We have already doubled the number of articles on Top Class Actions and we expect to double in size again by the end of the year.

We’re adding additional content and expanding Top Class Actions to better serve your needs by increasing the number of class action lawsuits we list while also making it easier for attorneys and settlement administrators to post their lawsuits online. We expect to have a self service option open to Settlement Administrators and attorneys by the end of October.

Onto family news. We expect the newest addition to the Hardy family to arrive on July 16^th. My beautiful bride and I are being blessed with another baby girl. Little Sydney will be a big sister! I don’t think at 22 months she has a good handle on what’s about to happen (nor do I for that matter) but we’re all excited! Next month I’ll be the proud parent of two beautiful girls. I’ll let you know how she’s doing then.
