Details: The Kinoki Foot Pad class action lawsuit settlement resolves claims that Idea Village Products made improper statements in the advertising of the detoxifying pads that violate California consumer protection laws.

Under the Kinoki Foot Pad settlement, anyone who purchased Kinoki Foot Pads for personal use and not for resale from a retail store in the United states can receive either (1) $10 in cash for each package of Idea Village Kinoki Foot Pads purchased in retail during the class period, or (2) receive two gift products worth a total retail value of $20 from the Settlement Website.

If you’re able to provide a valid receipt or credit card statement proving the purchase price exceeded $10, you can receive a cash reimbursement equivalent to the full purchase price of the Kinoki Foot Pads. If you’re unable to present evidence, you will be limited to making a claim for a maximum of three packages of Kinoki Foot Pads (up to $30).

To receive your cash payment or gift product from the Kinoki Foot Pad class action settlement, you must submit a claim form along with the required documentation, if you have it, either online or postmarked no later than July 1, 2011.
