Details: The iRenew Bracelet settlement will resolve two class action lawsuits, entitled Litwin v. iRenew BioEnergy Solutions, LLC and Garton v. Harvest Trading Group, Inc., that allege the Defendants made false and misleading statements on their website and in advertisements for the iRenew Bracelet. The Defendants deny any wrongdoing, but have agreed to establish a class action lawsuit settlement fund to reimburse Class Members in order to resolve the litigation.
Class Members of the iRenew Bracelet settlement include anyone who purchased the iRenew Bracelet in the U.S. for personal use and not for resale between January 1, 2009 and May 24, 2012.
Class Members who submit a valid claim form postmarked by the deadline of October 1, 2012 can receive one of the following benefits from the iRenew Bracelet class action settlement:
Full Reimbursement – Class Members who have a valid receipt, credit card statement or other valid proof of purchase will be entitled to a reimbursement of their purchase of the energy bracelet, including shipping and handling, up to seven bracelets.
$19.95 Cash Refund – Class Members who do not have valid proof of purchase will be entitled to reimbursement of $19.95 per iRenew Bracelet(s) returned, up to a maximum of seven returned bracelets. Class Members who do not have proof of purchase or the iRenew Bracelet can still receive a one-time payment of $19.95 if they submit an affirmation, under penalty of perjury, that such a product was purchased.

UPDATE 2: A California appeals court ruled May 28, 2014, that the iRenew bracelet class action settlement should be reversed. It also found that $27,000 in unclaimed settlement money was not distributed to Class Members, and ordered the parties to come up with a distribution plan.

My mother tried to return them, but they would not take them back or give her a return # to even send them back, so I just ran into them and had to take action for her as she has no internet knowledge. She paid $73.80 for nothing. So very sad.

I sent back two bracelets along with all claim forms. Sent back Sept.21/2012. What a joke , have heard nothing or received any conformation. Seeing all the bracelets that were sent back is somebody selling them as used bracelets now??
