Details: The Cold MD Class Action Settlement is another easy to claim lawsuit. If you want to spend an extra five minutes and a stamp, you can easily DOUBLE your claim. Head over to the Cold MD Class Action Lawsuit Settlement Administrator website and click on "File your claim." If you purchased three or less bottles of Cold MD you can file your claim online. If you are claiming up to six bottles (no proof of purchase required) you must print out the claim form, fill it out completely, and mail it in. For the online form, fill out the information completely. You'll have to include the number of bottles purchase, the date of purchase (it must be between March 26, 2004 through May 29, 2009) and the city and state they were purchased. Click on Submit Purchase. Now you'll see your purchase listed. Next, answer the last four questions. Remember, no proof of purchase is required unless you're claiming more than three bottles. You can even select the option to receive a free bottle of Cold MD for each claim you submitted, ALONG WITH YOUR CASH CLAIM. You get some free Cold MD and cash. Can't beat that, right? TCA Staff Tidbit: The homeopathic cold remedy class action lawsuits continue with the Cold MD settlement. This is great on a number of levels, first and foremost, it's an EASY online claim.
