If you think you used the Travelex ATM near Door 5 at Southwest Florida International airport head over and submit your claim! Yes, it's a small fund, but with the low number of claimants expected the payout could be hundreds of dollars per person.

In this case Travelex got sued because they didn't list the fee of $2.00 charged for using the ATM on the ATM itself. That's a violation of the Electronic Funds Transfer act and now Travelex has to pay up! We're surprised that the cap in the payment per claimant is $1,000 (and not $2 - $25) but that's GREAT FOR YOU!
