Update from the President and CEO of Top Class Actions

It’s TUESDAY! Hooray for another newsletter. On the family side of things we had a great time on Saturday. For the first time we all headed to the Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium on the far west side of Phoenix. It is funny how when you live in a town it can still be years before you go to a big attraction like this zoo.

The girls loved it and Aubrey got to feed a giraffe. That was really cool and we only made it to about half of the park. We rode the skyway and the train and saw lots of really neat animals. We’re going to head back out there in a few weeks. In Phoenix you have to do all of the outdoor fun things before it gets too hot. While my friends on the east coast are freezing we’re already seeing 80+ degree weather. It’s a reminder that SUMMER IS COMING. Time to party hard outside!

On the business side of things we’re about to file our first patent. That will happen by the end of the week. I’m SUPER EXCITED about it! It will be super awesome once we take it from the idea and patent stage to creating the product. I can’t wait to show it to you later this year.

OK, on to the lawsuit updates!
