Update from the President and CEO of Top Class Actions

Happy Tuesday after Saint Patrick’s Day everyone! I hope you had a great weekend and didn’t overdo it Monday.

My girls continue to grow and it’s amazing how tall they’re getting. No surprise, since I’m a big guy, but still amazing. Just like they’re getting better and better every day as a father I have to continue to improve. I have to remember to appreciate every moment with my girls. They’re growing so fast that soon they won’t want me to carry them to bed or lift them up to the sky when I pick them up from school. I started thinking about this last week when Sydney, my 5.5 year old, asked me to carry her back upstairs to her room for bed. I’d already done it once, and I was tired after a long day, so I told her “no honey, not again, I’m wiped out!” She was only halfway up the stairs when I started to feel guilty so I rectified the situation by chasing her upstairs as the tickle monster. That’s always a hit!

After Sydney was back in bed I kept thinking about it and now I’m making it a point to always pick them up, hug them or carry them when asked. My guess is I only have 4 or 5 years left before they’re “too big” or “mature” for it. I’ve got to soak it all in while I can (and as long as my back can handle it!)

That’s what’s happening in the Hardy home. Here’s what’s happening around Top Class Actions:
  • LG, Sears Washer Defect Class Action Lawsuit Dismissed
  • Text Messaging Co.’s Reach $3M TCPA Class Action Settlement
  • Aetna Nixes $120M Out-of-Network Provider Class Action Settlement
  • Closer Look at Overtime and Wage and Hour Violations
  • Ford Cracked Tailgate Class Action Lawsuit Trimmed
  • Navigating Through Confusing Federal Laws on Elder Abuse
  • GEICO Class Action Lawsuit Targets Accident Reporting Practices
  • Pradaxa Lawsuits Now Targeting Researchers Alongside Manufacturers
  • Minors Oppose Motion to Dismiss in Nickelodeon Tracking MDL
  • Zithromax Linked to Life-Threatening Side Effects
That’s all for now! Make it an AWESOME week!

Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy
