Update from the President and CEO of Top Class Actions

Good morning everyone!

I hope you had a FANTASTIC week! We have an EXTREMELY interesting development at Top Class Actions, but, I can’t talk about it yet! It’s a tremendous opportunity for our company and I hope we can make it happen. Needless to say, if things go well you’ll get LOTS of information about it within the next month or so.

On the home front we got to spend a day with Nana and Papa in Tucson to celebrate Papa’s 70th birthday. That’s always lots of fun and it’s so neat to see how excited the girls get when we tell them we’re going to Nana and Papa’s house. It reminds me of me when we went out to Florida to see my grandparents as a child. Sadly, I was too little to remember my Dad’s parents before they passed, but, I have fond memories of heading to Fort Lauderdale to see my Mom’s parents. The beach, the palm trees, and Grandma’s famous MONEY CAKE! Grandma used to wrap coins in wax paper and put them in the cake so my brother and I would find them as we ate our way through it. Somehow we each always ended up with a silver dollar! The magic Grandmas make happen is incredible! The memories always make me smile!

I’m happy that my girls are so lucky they get to experience the love of TWO sets of grandparents. They’re always super excited to them and obviously the grandparents are super happy to see their beautiful grandchildren. Sometimes trips can be hectic, noisy, and chaotic, but the memories that are created truly last a lifetime. That’s why they’re so important. I want my girls to have lifelong happy memories of playing, laughing, dancing, and jumping with their grandparents. It may help them when they become parents and grandparents a long time from now.

That’s what’s happening around the Hardy home — here’s what’s happening in the land of lawsuits and settlements!
