Update from the President and CEO of Top Class Actions

Good morning everyone! I hope you had a GREAT week! I’ve been driving around the Northeast with my family. We just wrapped up a week with my parents in Maine. Maine is such a beautiful state. Green grass, tall pine, maple, oak, birch and beech trees, and WONDERFULLY pleasant weather (at least in the summer). The girls got to play in the puddles outside in the rain, walk a small town main street, play in the park (in the SUMMER which is rare for us Arizonans) and go to their favorite toy shop (a family run toy store in Ellsworth, ME). They also got to ride tricycles around in my parents basement. That’s ALWAYS a good time (especially when Daddy, Mommy or Grandpa are chasing them as SCARY MONSTERS!) It’s good to be a kid! The people in Maine were wonderful as always. We made some new friends and we can’t wait to be back next year!

On the work side of things I was lucky enough to just work half days last week. When you run the business it doesn’t stop for vacations. We signed a few new deals last week and we’re working hard on improving YOUR user experience. We’re improving our login creation process and also making major modifications to the attorney network which will result in more attorneys reviewing more of your submissions. Right now we have a bitunder 100 attorneys who have access to review your submissions. We are pushing to have hundreds of attorneys signed up for the new and improved attorney network by the end of the year. Attorneys make sure to sign up and create a login so you’re the first to know when our new attorney network is live (hopefully by the middle of September.) If you’re an attorney who works with consumers you’ll love the changes!

That’s all for now! The latest lawsuit and settlement updates are below!
