Update from the President and CEO of Top Class Actions

Good morning awesome Top Class Actions viewers! I hope you had a stellar week! I just got back from our annual trip out to the east coast. As mentioned, I looked into extending our trip by a few days and ended up doing it. I called US Airways (now American) and inquired about switching our flights. They did it for us AND waived the change fees! Talk about great customer service! That hasn’t happened in YEARS! Since that saved us $800 I had no choice but to extend our trip. THANK YOU US AIRWAYS/AMERICAN AIRLINES!

Thankfully the weather was BEAUTIFUL! We had a great time and I got to fit in some client meetings. We have a number of clients in Manhattan, New Jersey and the surrounding area so getting time with them before Noon EST doesn’t happen often and is really helpful! Sometimes working on the west coast is tough schedule wise. Most importantly, the girls had a fantastic time! We explored the city together and made our annual trek to the Central Park Carousel. It was great as always! We also found some new spots (the Hecksher Playground) and the Ballparks Cafe! Great spots when you are out with your family!

Back to the work side of things we started a new campaign for users of Benicar who suffered undisclosed side effects and have another campaign launching by the end of the month. More details on that once it launches! Here are the other updates from the week!
